How to Delete Your Data

To delete the data associated with your Pulse account, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Pulse app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap "Disconnect Facebook" to remove your social connection and associated data

If you are unable to delete your data through the app, email support@joinpulse.marketing with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days.

What Happens When You Delete Your Data

All stored messages, connection data, and AI-generated response history are permanently removed from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
