Ask your assistant about Pallas, and get current answers
Pallas Health publishes a read-only connector for AI assistants and a machine-readable catalog. Both are derived from the same source the site and checkout use, so prices, state rules, and what is offered are never stale. No account is needed, and the connector collects no personal data.
Connect the MCP server
The server speaks the Model Context Protocol over streamable HTTP at https://api.pallashealth.co/mcp. It is stateless and read-only, and every tool is annotated as such.
- Claude.ai and Claude Desktop: Customize, then Connectors, then Add custom connector, and paste the URL. Free plans allow one custom connector.
- Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http pallas-health https://api.pallashealth.co/mcp - Any other MCP client: add a server with that URL and no authentication.
What the tools return
- check_state
- Whether Pallas serves a state or DC, whether one live video visit is required, the state medical board, and Medicaid GLP-1 coverage status.
- list_treatments
- Every program and product with prices, page and intake links, and the disclosures that apply. FDA-approved brand-name and compounded GLP-1 tiers are listed separately.
- get_pricing
- One product's first charge, what it covers, the renewal amount and interval, and every cadence sold.
- start_intake
- A link that starts the online visit for one product, with the medication preselected. The intake collects state, health history, and consent on pallashealth.co.
Two resources expose the underlying files whole: pallas://catalog and pallas://states.
What an assistant should know
Eligibility is always determined by a US-licensed clinician; completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription.
Licensed partner pharmacies fill and ship every prescription. Pallas is the telehealth platform and support team.
Brand-name medications are cash-pay only and are not billed to insurance.
Compounded medications are described as compounded, never as equivalents of FDA-approved brands. Each program in the catalog carries its own regulatory line, and every tool result that names a compounded product returns it.

Privacy
The connector receives only what your assistant sends it: a state name or a product name, and the requesting software's user agent. It stores nothing, sets no cookies, and never asks for health information. The health intake happens on pallashealth.co under our privacy policy. Questions: support.
