Terms of Service

Last updated: April 25, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Pallas Health is a service provided by Brentmoor, Inc. that offers a telehealth platform connecting patients with US-licensed clinicians for evaluation and prescription of compounded GLP-1 medications (semaglutide and tirzepatide) when clinically appropriate. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products, are not generic versions of brand-name drugs, and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. See our clinical disclosures for the full operating record (provider network, jurisdictions served, partner pharmacies, and data infrastructure).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and located in a US jurisdiction where our services are available to use Pallas Health. The current list of states served is published at /clinical. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

4. Patient–Provider Relationship and Medical Disclaimer

Pallas Health is a technology platform; Pallas does not employ medical providers, does not practice medicine, and does not direct clinical decisions. Clinical care is provided by independent US-licensed clinicians contracted through our clinical partner network — a contracted telehealth provider organization and its affiliated state-licensed professional corporations. The patient–provider relationship is established when a clinician licensed in your state reviews your intake (and, where required by state law, conducts a synchronous audio/video visit), evaluates clinical appropriateness, documents medical necessity, and obtains informed consent for telehealth. All medical decisions, including whether to prescribe, rest with the treating clinician's independent professional judgment. Brentmoor, Inc. does not guarantee any specific treatment outcomes.

5. User Accounts

To access our services, you will be required to create an account and provide accurate health information. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the service. Providing false or misleading health information may result in termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

Treatment plans may include recurring subscription fees for ongoing medication and provider support. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Recurring Billing: Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel.
  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card or bank account details. Your use of Stripe is subject to the Stripe Services Agreement.
  • Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Medications that have been shipped cannot be returned.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate health information.
  • Share, transfer, or resell prescribed medications to any other person.
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that any particular treatment will be prescribed or that specific health outcomes will be achieved. Treatment decisions are made by licensed providers at their discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brentmoor, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Pharmacy Partners and Compounded Medications

Prescriptions issued by clinicians on the platform are filled by US-licensed dispensing partners — including 503A compounding pharmacies, 503B outsourcing facilities, and (when clinically appropriate) traditional retail or specialty pharmacies for FDA-approved products. The current list of partner pharmacies is maintained at /clinical. Compounded medications are dispensed only when a treating clinician documents a patient-specific clinical need; pricing alone is not a basis for compounding under FDA guidance.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Pallas Health after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
