Getting started

The Pallas GLP-1 AI Companion helps you stay consistent with the small things that make treatment work — log your weekly dose, weight, meals, protein, mood, and symptoms, and check in with an AI companion that keeps it all in one place. It's a personal tracking tool, not a substitute for advice from your clinician.

No. Anyone working on their weight — whether or not you're a Pallas Health telehealth member — can use the app to track progress and set reminders. If you are a member, your care happens in the member portal; the app is a companion for day-to-day tracking.

Tap Continue with Google on the welcome screen and authorize access. Your data syncs securely to your account so it's available on any device you sign in to.

If sign-in fails on the first attempt, close the browser sheet and tap Continue with Google again. If it still doesn't work, update to the latest version from the App Store, then email support@pallashealth.co and we'll help you sort it out.

Dose reminders & notifications

Open Settings → Reminders, choose the day and time of your weekly dose, and optionally the name of your medication. Each week we'll send a reminder — tap it to log your injection in a single step.

Make sure notifications are turned on for Pallas in iOS Settings → Notifications → Pallas, and that a Focus or Do Not Disturb mode isn't silencing them. Reopen the app once after enabling so your reminder schedule is re-registered on the device.

Tracking your progress

Weekly doses, weight, meals, protein, mood, symptoms, and steps. You can add entries by typing, by voice, or by snapping a photo of a meal — whatever's fastest in the moment.

Tap any entry to open it, then edit or delete it. Changes sync immediately across every device you're signed in to.

Account, data & privacy

Yes. Your entries are stored securely against your account and are never sold. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect and how it's handled.

Email support@pallashealth.co with the subject “Data Deletion Request” from your account email, or follow the steps on our Data deletion page. We'll acknowledge within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, subject to medical-record retention laws.

Treatment, prescriptions, and billing are handled through the Pallas Health member portal, not the app. For anything membership-related, email hello@pallashealth.co.
