Foundayo™ is the FDA-approved orforglipron tablet from Eli Lilly and Company, indicated alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity to reduce excess body weight and maintain weight reduction long term in adults with obesity, or with overweight and at least one weight-related condition. What is Foundayo™?
Foundayo™ is the FDA-approved orforglipron tablet from Eli Lilly and Company, indicated alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity to reduce excess body weight and maintain weight reduction long term in adults with obesity, or with overweight and at least one weight-related condition. Orforglipron is a small-molecule GLP-1 receptor agonist: it activates the same receptor as the injectable GLP-1 medications, but its chemistry lets it be taken as a once-daily tablet at any time of day, with or without food, and with no water or waiting rules.
Pallas dispenses Foundayo™ through US-licensed pharmacies on a cash-pay basis. Insurance routing is not currently supported. Eligibility is determined by a licensed clinician based on your intake and clinical history.
Pivotal trial · ATTAIN-1
In ATTAIN-1, adults without diabetes taking Foundayo™ 17.2 mg once daily lost an average of 11.1% of body weight at 72 weeks (8.3% at 9 mg; 7.4% at 5.5 mg), versus 2.1% with placebo, alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.

Dosing
Dosing & schedule
Foundayo™ is taken once a day and follows the label's step-up schedule, with at least 30 days on each dose before the next. Your clinician sets the pace and the maintenance dose based on your response and how you tolerate it.
- Days 1–300.8 mg once daily — starting dose
- Days 31–602.5 mg once daily
- Days 61–905.5 mg once daily
- Day 91+9 mg, 14.5 mg or 17.2 mg once daily, stepped up at least 30 days apart per clinician judgment (17.2 mg is the maximum)
Safety
Important safety information
GLP-1 medications can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and abdominal discomfort, particularly during dose increases. Rare but serious risks include pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, kidney injury from dehydration, and — based on animal studies — a possible risk of thyroid C-cell tumors. Patients with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2) should not use these medications. Always disclose your full medical history to your clinician. Foundayo™ carries a boxed warning for the risk of thyroid C-cell tumors and is contraindicated with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2. Its label also notes that orforglipron can reduce the effectiveness of oral hormonal contraceptives (a non-oral or added barrier method is advised for 30 days after starting and after each dose increase) and that some medications that affect the CYP3A4 enzyme change its dose or should be avoided, so tell your clinician everything you take. No. Orforglipron is a newly approved, patent-protected molecule that US compounding pharmacies are not permitted to compound, and there is no legitimate version outside the FDA-approved product. Anything sold as compounded or "research" orforglipron should be treated as a counterfeit red flag. Pallas dispenses only the FDA-approved Foundayo™ tablet.
