Michigan adults can be prescribed compounded sermorelin — a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) — the signal the body uses to prompt the pituitary gland's own growth hormone release — through a short online intake reviewed by a US-licensed clinician, when it’s clinically appropriate. Care is 100% online and asynchronous in Michigan — no video visit required. The program is $139 first month, then $179 every 4 weeks, charged once a clinician prescribes. Cancel anytime. It ships free from a US-licensed pharmacy to Detroit, Grand Rapids, Warren, and everywhere else in Michigan.
What is sermorelin?
Growth hormone is your body's repair signal. It's released in pulses, and in men about 70% of the day's output comes in the first hours of deep sleep.2 It tells your tissues to build muscle protein and burn stored fat for fuel.1 In healthy men, output falls about 14% with every decade of adult life.3 Here's what most people never hear: the pituitary gland that makes it usually still works. What fades is the signal from the brain telling it to fire.6 Sermorelin is that signal, a synthetic copy of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), the part your pituitary actually reads.4
It is not growth hormone and is not an HGH replacement — it works upstream, prompting the body’s own release in pulses, with your body’s feedback loops still in charge. At Pallas it is prescribed for adults when a clinician determines it’s clinically appropriate, as a small subcutaneous injection with dosing personalized to your health history.
What the research shows
In a 1992 National Institute on Aging study, ten healthy men in their sixties and seventies took GHRH(1-29) twice daily for 14 days; at the higher dose, their 24-hour growth hormone and IGF-1 rose to levels no different from the nine men in their twenties studied alongside them.6 In a 16-week placebo-controlled trial of a close analog in adults 55 to 71, skin thickness increased in men and women, and lean mass, insulin sensitivity and general well-being improved in men but not in women; sleep quality was unchanged, which is why sermorelin is not a sleep aid.7 These were small, short studies of hormone levels and body composition, mostly in adults over 55. They are not evidence of what compounded sermorelin will do for you.

Yes. Sermorelin can be prescribed in Michigan by a licensed clinician when it's clinically appropriate for you, and compounded sermorelin is prepared per-patient by state-licensed US compounding pharmacies. Physicians prescribing to Michigan patients are licensed by the Michigan Board of Medicine.
No. Michigan allows asynchronous telehealth care, so most patients complete the entire process — intake, clinician review, and ongoing check-ins — by secure message, with no video call required. A clinician may request a call if they need more information.
Sermorelin through Pallas is $139 first month, then $179 every 4 weeks, charged once a clinician prescribes. Cancel anytime. That one plan price includes your US-licensed clinician, ongoing check-ins, care-team messaging, and your medication when prescribed — no separate membership fee, and shipping to any Michigan address is free.
That's a clinical decision made by a US-licensed clinician after reviewing your health history — sermorelin isn't right for everyone. Per our clinical partner's prescribing criteria, the program is for adults ages 18 to 55, and certain conditions (including pregnancy or breastfeeding, active cancer, pituitary disease, untreated hypothyroidism, uncontrolled diabetes, and heart failure) mean it isn't an appropriate treatment.
Sermorelin is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) — the signal the body uses to prompt the pituitary gland's own growth hormone release. Natural growth hormone levels decline as we age. Sermorelin is not growth hormone and is not an HGH replacement — it works upstream, encouraging the body's own production pathways. Whether it's appropriate for you is determined by a US-licensed clinician.
No. Compounded sermorelin is prepared per-patient by state-licensed US compounding pharmacies and is not FDA-approved. That's exactly why every plan starts with a US-licensed clinician who reviews your health history and prescribes it only when clinically appropriate.

Compounded sermorelin is not FDA-approved. The studies below describe growth hormone physiology and small, short trials of GHRH(1-29) and a close analog, mostly in adults over 55. They illustrate how the hormone and the drug class work in general; they are not evidence that compounded sermorelin, or any specific formulation or treatment program, will produce the same or any particular result for you.
