Pallas Health partner claims kit
Pallas Health is a certified healthcare merchant. Every partner placement is regulated advertising, so all partner creative must follow this kit — it's a condition of the partner agreement. When in doubt, ask us first: partners@pallashealth.co. We typically review draft copy within 1–2 business days.

Pallas Health is a 100% online medical weight-loss program. A US-licensed clinician reviews your health history and builds a personalized treatment plan — and if you're eligible, your prescription ships to your door with free expedited shipping. Transparent all-in pricing, no membership fees.
Pallas Health is a 100% online medical weight-loss program. A US-licensed clinician reviews your health history and personalizes your treatment plan — FDA-approved GLP-1s like Wegovy® and Zepbound®, or compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide prepared in the USA by licensed pharmacies when a brand medication isn't the right fit. If you're eligible, your prescription ships to your door with free expedited shipping. Pricing is transparent and all-in — no membership or platform fees — and treatment may be FSA/HSA-eligible with a Letter of Medical Necessity. Includes a free app (iOS, Android, and web) with direct care-team messaging, order tracking, and progress logging, plus a self-serve patient portal for plan changes, billing, and cancel-anytime.
02Approved claims
These statements are pre-approved — use them as written or with trivially rephrased wording that preserves the meaning.
- 100% online — no office visits. Asynchronous in most states (43 of 50 require no video visit).
- A US-licensed clinician reviews every intake and personalizes the treatment plan; prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate.
- If eligible, your prescription ships to your door with free expedited shipping.
- Pallas offers FDA-approved GLP-1 medications: Wegovy® (the weekly pen and the daily Wegovy® pill), Foundayo™ (the daily orforglipron pill), Ozempic®, Zepbound®, and Mounjaro®.
- Pallas also offers clinician-personalized compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide — prepared in the USA by licensed compounding pharmacies — when a clinician determines a brand medication isn't the right fit (for example, a titration step the brand doesn't manufacture, or a per-patient formulation).
- Pallas also offers a clinician-personalized compounded semaglutide daily tablet, prepared in the USA by licensed compounding pharmacies when a clinician determines it is the right fit. Describe it only as a daily tablet (needle-free is the one other permitted form fact): never as “oral Wegovy®” or “the Wegovy® pill, compounded,” never as equivalent to the Wegovy® pill, Foundayo™ or any brand-name product, and never with absorption, onset, or outcome claims.
- Transparent, all-in pricing with no membership or platform fees.
- Treatment may be FSA/HSA-eligible with a Letter of Medical Necessity — always include the LMN caveat when mentioning FSA/HSA.
- Cash-pay only; Pallas does not bill insurance.
- Free app — Pallas: Protein & GLP-1 Tracker — available on iOS, Android, and the web; members can message their care team, track orders, and check in for refills in the app.
- Self-serve patient portal: plan changes, billing, order tracking, refill requests, direct provider messaging, and cancel-anytime.
- Pallas Health is LegitScript-certified (Healthcare Merchant Certification) — useful for publisher trust boxes and vetting; not required in consumer copy.
03Never say or imply
These are FDA / LegitScript / FTC constraints, not stylistic preferences. A placement containing any of them will be asked down and repeated violations end the partnership.
- That compounded medications are “the same as,” “equivalent to,” “as effective as,” or “generic versions of” any FDA-approved drug — or that they use “the same active ingredient.”
- Applying clinical-trial outcomes from FDA-approved products (e.g. the 14.9% STEP 1 figure for semaglutide 2.4 mg, or the 20.9% SURMOUNT-1 figure for tirzepatide 15 mg) to compounded preparations, or calling compounded preparations “clinically proven.”
- Comparing tirzepatide and semaglutide weight-loss results WITHOUT naming the dose behind each figure. Every comparison must state both doses — e.g. “tirzepatide 15 mg (20.9%) vs semaglutide 2.4 mg (14.9%).” A bare “20% vs 15%” overstates the gap, because semaglutide's maximum dose is now 7.2 mg weekly, which reached 18.7% at 72 weeks in the STEP UP trial (Wharton, Lancet Diabetes Endocrinol 2025). Separate trials are never a head-to-head comparison — only SURMOUNT-5 (tirzepatide 10/15 mg 20.2% vs semaglutide 1.7/2.4 mg 13.7%) is.
- Framing lower-dose compounded options as “milder Wegovy®,” “starter Zepbound®,” or any wording that ties a compounded product's expected experience to a brand-name product.
- Before/after transformation photos or “lost X lbs” claims — prohibited in ALL partner placements, even though similar content may appear on our own website (owned-site and paid-placement rules differ).
- Guaranteeing a prescription (“you will be prescribed”, “get Ozempic® today”) or guaranteeing weight-loss results.
- Price-comparison claims against brand-name cash-pay prices at other platforms (e.g. “cheaper than Hims/Ro”). The approved framing is: no membership fees, transparent all-in pricing.
- Grouping Pallas with peptide compounds we do not offer (BPC-157, ipamorelin, CJC-1295, TB-500, retatrutide, etc.) in any list, comparison, or roundup — Pallas offers sermorelin only (see §6), and “peptide” must never be used as a product-category brand for Pallas (“peptide therapy program”, “Pallas peptides”).
- That Pallas, its pharmacies, or compounded medications are “FDA-approved” (only the brand-name medications are), or that treatment is covered by insurance.
- Claiming “no video call, ever” universally — seven states (AR, MS, ND, NM, RI, SD, WV) plus Washington, D.C. require one video visit. This list is set by our clinical partner and changes; re-check lib/visit-type.ts before publishing a state-specific claim.
- Content targeting minors, pregnancy or breastfeeding use, or non-medical cosmetic framing (“lose 10 lbs before the wedding”). Pallas treats chronic weight management in adults under clinician supervision.
04Required disclosures
On any placement that mentions our offerings (reviews, comparisons, listicles), include this standard disclosure once:
Pallas offers both FDA-approved and compounded medications. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not generic versions of brand-name drugs. Eligibility and treatment are determined by a US-licensed clinician; results vary. Private pay only (no insurance). Operated by Brentmoor, Inc.
If your placement discusses compounded medications in any depth — or quotes clinical-trial outcomes for the brand-name products, use the full disclosure instead, on the same surface as those claims:
Compounded medications are prepared on a per-patient basis by US-licensed compounding pharmacies, regulated under federal law (FDCA §503A) and by state boards of pharmacy. While these pharmacies are highly regulated, the compounded medications themselves are not FDA-approved, are not generic versions of brand-name drugs, and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. Clinical trial outcomes for the FDA-approved products have not been established for compounded preparations. Individual results vary.
And everywhere: prescriptions are at the discretion of a US-licensed clinician, and your FTC affiliate disclosure must be clear and conspicuous.
05NAD+ program placements
The Pallas NAD+ Program is a separate product line from weight loss, with its own — stricter — claim rules. Landing page for NAD+ placements: pallashealth.co/lp/nad. Approved statements:
- Clinician-prescribed NAD+ — prescribed only when clinically appropriate by a US-licensed clinician.
- Offered as a weekly subcutaneous injection with clinician-personalized dosing — a US-licensed clinician confirms it's appropriate before anything is prescribed.
- NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell, where it plays a role in energy metabolism and normal cellular function; levels naturally decline with age. (Factual description — the approved way to explain what NAD+ is.)
- 100% online — no office visits. Asynchronous in most states (43 of 50 require no video visit).
- Compounded in the USA by licensed compounding pharmacies.
- One transparent all-in plan price — clinician review, ongoing check-ins, provider messaging, and medication (when prescribed) included. No membership or platform fees.
- Ships free and discreet.
- Nothing is charged until a clinician prescribes.
- Cancel anytime through the self-serve patient portal.
- Free companion app (iOS, Android, and web) to log doses, energy levels, and mood.
Never say or imply in NAD+ placements:
- Any efficacy or outcome claim — more energy, better focus, longevity, anti-aging, DNA repair benefits, “reverses aging,” or user-outcome statistics (“X% felt more energized”). Pallas makes no efficacy claims for NAD+, and partner placements about Pallas may not either — even where competing listings do.
- Describing NAD+ as a peptide — it is a coenzyme — or attributing peptide-therapy framing or claims to the NAD+ program.
- Attributing supplement research (NMN, NR, oral NAD+ boosters) or any clinical-trial results to Pallas's prescription NAD+ program.
- Claiming NAD+ (in any form), compounded preparations, or Pallas are FDA-approved.
- Applying weight-loss / GLP-1 claims from the sections above to the NAD+ program, or vice versa — they are separate product lines and must never be blended in a single claim.
- Guaranteeing a prescription, and before/after or transformation content — same rules as §3.
Required on any NAD+ placement, once per page:
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme; it is prescribed only when clinically appropriate by a US-licensed clinician. Compounded medications are prepared by US-licensed compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved.
06Sermorelin program placements
The Pallas Sermorelin Program is a separate product line from weight loss and NAD+, with its own — stricter — claim rules. Landing page for sermorelin placements: pallashealth.co/treatments/sermorelin. Approved statements:
- Clinician-prescribed compounded sermorelin injection — prescribed only when clinically appropriate by a US-licensed clinician.
- Sermorelin is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH); it acts on the pituitary gland to encourage the body's own growth hormone release. (Factual mechanism description — the approved way to explain what sermorelin is.)
Never say or imply in sermorelin placements:
- Any efficacy or outcome claim — muscle gain, fat loss, better sleep, faster recovery, anti-aging, “boosts HGH by X%,” or user-outcome statistics. Pallas makes no efficacy claims for sermorelin, and partner placements about Pallas may not either — even where competing listings do.
- Framing sermorelin as HGH, an HGH replacement, “natural HGH therapy,” or a milder/safer version of growth hormone.
- Claiming compounded sermorelin or Pallas is FDA-approved, or attributing any clinical-trial results to Pallas's program.
- Using “peptide” as a category brand for Pallas (“Pallas peptide therapy”), or grouping the program with peptide compounds Pallas does not offer (BPC-157, ipamorelin, CJC-1295, TB-500, etc.).
- Applying weight-loss / GLP-1 or NAD+ claims to the sermorelin program, or vice versa — separate product lines, never blended in a single claim.
- Guaranteeing a prescription, and before/after or transformation content — same rules as §3.
Required on any sermorelin placement, once per page:
Sermorelin is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH); it is prescribed only when clinically appropriate by a US-licensed clinician. Compounded medications are prepared by US-licensed compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved.
07Creator & influencer content
Additional rules for personal creators and influencers sharing their own health or weight-loss journey — on top of everything above, not instead of it.
- If your platform is built on your own experience with a specific FDA-approved brand-name medication (Wegovy® pen or pill, Foundayo™, Ozempic®, Zepbound®, Mounjaro®), your Pallas-sponsored content must describe what Pallas actually prescribed you — it must not imply that your prior brand-name experience predicts or transfers to a different product (brand or compounded).
- Any post describing your own weight-loss numbers must include “individual results vary; not typical” in the post itself — on-screen text or spoken in the video, not only in a linked caption.
- No before/after photos, split-screen transformations, or “X lbs lost” overlays in sponsored content — the same rule as every other partner placement (see §3), even if this is your own content style elsewhere.
- Use your platform's native paid-partnership disclosure (Instagram's Paid Partnership label, TikTok's Branded Content toggle, YouTube's disclosed-ad setting) in addition to a spoken or on-screen “#ad” — a caption-only disclosure is not sufficient for video content.
- No paid boosting, whitelisting, or Partnership/Spark Ads on Pallas-sponsored content without separate written approval — organic creator-feed posts only.
- Speak from personal experience only (“for me…”, “what worked for my body…”) — do not give dosing guidance, reassurance about side effects, or medical advice in comments or captions. Direct followers with medical questions to a US-licensed clinician, not to yourself.
- No mention of peptide compounds Pallas does not offer (BPC-157, ipamorelin, TB-500, retatrutide, etc.) anywhere in the sponsored content, its caption, or adjacent linked content (pinned videos, bio links). Sermorelin placements must follow §6.
08Creative rules
- FTC disclosure: clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship (“We may earn a commission…”) on every placement, per FTC guidelines.
- Brand names always carry their mark on first use: Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Zepbound®, Mounjaro®, and Foundayo™ (a ™ mark, never ®). Wegovy and Ozempic are trademarks of Novo Nordisk; Zepbound, Mounjaro, and Foundayo are trademarks of Eli Lilly. Neither is affiliated with Pallas.
- Approved traffic types: editorial content, sponsored content, video/streaming, social, email, display ads, and native placements. Paid search is NOT an approved traffic type for this program — no search ads promoting Pallas placements at all, including (and especially) bidding on “Pallas Health,” “Pallas,” or misspellings (trademark bidding is disabled program-wide).
- Display and native creative must be built only from the approved claims, boilerplate, and product images in this kit — send final units to partners@pallashealth.co for review before launch.
- Do not hardcode prices in evergreen content — link to pallashealth.co for current pricing, or confirm figures with us at publish time. Stale prices are the #1 source of takedown requests.
- Do not place tracking pixels or scripts on Pallas pages; all conversion tracking runs through impact.com.
- Use the logo files below — do not recreate, recolor, or set the wordmark in another font.
- Medication imagery: do not depict brand-name pens/packaging alongside compounded claims, and do not use stock imagery implying a specific product appearance.
09Pricing
Our pricing evolves. Link to pallashealth.co/treatments/glp-1 (weight loss) or pallashealth.co/treatments/nad (NAD+) or pallashealth.co/treatments/sermorelin (sermorelin) rather than hardcoding numbers. If your format requires specific figures, email us for current approved pricing at publish time — we'll confirm same-day.
